GUIDED VISITS OF OUR CELLARS
Our cellars are 10 km from Auxerre, 140 km from Beaune, 140 km from Dijon and 180 km from Paris.
The visit lasts one hour and includes : A guided tour of 45 minutes and a 15-minute tasting of 2 crémants. At the end of the tasting you are given the tasting glass as a special souvenir.
Please bring warm clothing as the temperature in the cellars is 12°C (54°F).
FOR INDIVIDUAL VISITORS
DAILY GUIDED VISITS DURING THE WEEK (MONDAY-FRIDAY)
Groups are limited to a maximum number of 20 people per visit.

· Du 8 july au 30 august:from 2:30 to 5:30pm.
Tours begin every 30 minutes
· Du 2 september au 27 september :at 3:30 and 4:30pm

· Du 23 décember au 27 décember:at 3:30 and 4:30pm
GUIDED VISITS DURING WEEKENDS AND PUBLIC HOLIDAYS

· Du 30 march au 3 november: from 2:30 to 5:30pm. Tours begin every 30 minutes

No guided tour on December 24, 30 and 31

FOR GROUPS
Group from 16 people, all year round by reservation only. Please contact us by phone to organise your visit at least 2 months prior to the date you wish to come.
Please confirm your reservation by e-mail at least 3 weeks before the date chosen.
Please telephone and warn us if your group will be late for the appointment. Without such a call, and beyond 30 minutes delay, we will consider the visit cancelled.
Price: €7.00 per adult
On the day of your visit, if you are below this number, a flat rate of €100.00 will be applied.

ACCESSIBILITY AND DISABILITY SITUATION
Our cellar is labeled Tourism and Handicap, particularly for motor, mental and hearing disabilities. In order to accommodate people with disabilities in the best conditions, our staff is trained and we have a wheelchair, a PMR tablet, magnifying glasses, a magnetic induction loop, parking spaces and adapted toilets. In order to fully benefit from the visit, written support is made available throughout the duration of the visit. However, it should be noted that the visit to our cellar takes place under natural storage conditions in the cold (around 12°), humidity and darkness. It is necessary to equip yourself accordingly.
